3 bed semi in Rainham, Kent

This 3 bed semi in Rainham, Kent was was completely renovated and was featured on BBC’s Homes under the Hammer!
Outside the driveway was extended to create a double drive, new windows and doors throughout, there was an out building at first to be knocked down but after some work it was decided it would stay and become an office or utility room. The garden was hugely overgrown and at over 150ft long was a bit of a challenge!
Inside the wall between the kitchen and dining room came down to create a huge kitchen/diner, the back door was blocked up and french doors leading onto the new slate patio laid.
Bamboo flooring was used throughout the whole downstairs which is much stronger and cheaper than Oak and is environmentally friendly and looked fab! Central Heating was installed throughout the property along with a new bathroom & kitchen.
Upstairs the third bedroom room was very small so we took a little off of the master bedroom to create a slightly larger room which allowed for a bed to fit in there nicely.
Plastered throughout and a rewire, new ceilings, fresh paint and new carpets upstairs and this one was ready for the sale market. And got top marks from the Homes under the Hammer team.
